Identifying Feedback Sent

Hello!

A small idea I’ve had, I have searched for it but couldn’t find the answer!

When we use the “Something Wrong” on a transaction, could it be flagged on the transaction as “Logo/Name/Location Reported” Even an emojis could work

:paperclip: For “I’ve sent a logo/logo correction”
:triangular_flag_on_post: For “I’ve sent a name correction/suggestion”
:round_pushpin: For “I’ve sent a location correction/suggestion”

I go through my transactions regularly and send as much feedback as I can; but sometimes can’t remember if I did send in a Logo or if I thought I should, then got distracted!

Small addition, and although probably un-needed once shipping the final product, it might be handy for us Mondonauts :rocket: trying to help make Mondo great

Regards Hubert

For what it’s worth, I think that’s a brilliant idea!

That’s a great idea. I’d really like to see that implemented. Especially if you could then search :paperclip:, :triangular_flag_on_post:, or :round_pushpin: to see your corrections listed.
Possibly have a background colour that indicates their staus. White is default, orange for under review, green for accepted.

This is a fantastic idea, thanks a lot for sharing it

The part that we’re still missing is the end of the loop when we should tell you “Hey, do you remember that store that you reported? It’s been fixed now, check it out” via notification/feed item.

It’s a difficult balance for us because on the one hand we want to be so quick fixing merchants that you shouldn’t even care about the places that you’ve already reported… the period of time since you report something to the day is fixed should be short enough for you to remember. Do you know what I mean?

On the other hand we are not yet as fast at fixing data as we want + we do appreciate many of you feel really passionate about their feed and want to keep it tidy and perfect. So we want to give you the right tools to do that.

So, long story short, the idea you propose shouldn’t be necessary once our systems work as perfectly as we dream but, today, it may be just the solution we need, thanks a lot! We’ll work on it
