I made in-app chat with support and wanted to attach something. I didn’t see option to attach anything. I checked again, still didn’t see it.
Nearly made a post on forums in Feature Ideas and I thought that it’s impossible that it’s not there, such a simple and helpful thing. I checked again. Saw it this time.
Not sure if you play user testing games, that’s seems like thing worth testing.

hahaha yes I’m sure that will be fine! We should really do that anyway, but there are limited spaces and we’re conscious of reaching a representative spread of users for each session.
