Hi mate, don’t know if you still need help but if you’re in the UK you can call up the PES(payment exception service) and they will basically either sort you out with a card that literally only has an account number and sort code that can only be used to receive money and withdraw at ATMs nothing else, no online banking. Or they will get in contact with you’re employer and will sort out a way so when you’re paid you get a code which you take to the post office and they will give you the cash.
