Activating my card after I've had it a while

Hello,

I set up my account in September but never got around to activating my card until now. I just started the app and it is telling Me that it’s verifying my information. I’ve already gone past this stage to the bit where it said “activate your card” before, but will I just need to go through it again because I’ve taken so long, or is it just stuck on this page?

Firstly, it’s worth uninstalling then reinstalling the app.

If that doesn’t fix it, email help@monzo.com - support times are a little slow at the moment, so bear that in mind. If it’s urgent, call the number on the back of the card.
