How to get help in app?

Hi all,

Having an issue with 02 not accepting payment. Tried a few things but can’t find where the help chat is in the app?

Tried phoning Monzo but no luck

Go to the help section and type ‘contacting support’

Check if there’s a relevant help article first, they normally have a chat link in them

As above but I’m not sure they’ll be of much help beyond the obvious that you have the funds, your account is in good standing and you’ve entered your details into the website correctly.

You’ll only be reporting it for them to “look into” but you’ll likely be advised to just use a different payment method short-term.
