How to change address a new customer who did not received card even and unable to change address

Issue:
Unable to change address
Uninstall many times but same error displaying
Activate card
Reorder card
When try to reorder card then display the old address which unchangeable
Readonly address
So i’m stuck

You waited 6 months to re-order your card?

You might want to edit your post too, it’s got your address it in. I’ve “flagged” it which will remove from view for now, you can edit and restore it.
