Change of address hasn't changed my address

I moved in March 2022. I did change my address to a new address.

Nothing has been an issue till stagecoach charged me £20 for a £5.80 trip. (this is an issue but it is getting sorted)

However they’ve been trying to take an additional £10 on it and I keep freezing and unfreezeing my card till today I decided this is stupid and decided a new card is needed (the card is split in the middle anyway)

When i tried to order a new card my old address showed up. I have no clue what to do.

Any advice on the address issue?
