How to add Team Members

Hi, how do I add Team Members to the business account please? They’ve both signed up for personal accounts and activated Payments with Friends, as have I. What am I missing?

From that link, is it Business Pro and is it a Ltd company?

What is the actual problem you are having? Have you tried contacting support?

Hi Rob, yes to both questions. I’ve set up the account and now trying to link my business partners to it. They’ve set up Monzo personal accounts but no joy.

Yes, no reply as yet.
