How is support for US accounts currently handled?

I’m trying to get some support for an issue that I’m having with a US based account (not related to the connected accounts beta), and a support chat request sent at 1PM US Mountain Time still hasn’t been answered 6 hours later. I’m trying to figure out if this is because support is still being handled out of the UK (and thus no one is available to help) or if it’s being handled in the US office and the team are just otherwise occupied.
