Does anyone know how to recover an old notification. Monzo sent me a notification on 01/07/23 in relation to receiving an refund, then denied sending it when I raised a complaint when I did not receive the email
You can’t re-see notifications that have been dismissed unfortunately.
IF you got a notification for the refund, it should be in your account. Monzo won’t be withholding the money if it was actually paid in to your account.
Are you sure the notification actually happened?
You’d see it in chat history if it was a message, or in your transaction history.
Last resort would be to raise a SAR and see if it comes up in there.
There’s notification history within settings on Android but it only covers the last 24 hours. If you get one it’s wise to screenshot it prior to it disappearing.
