Help with notification

Hi, I have just received a notification pop up on my iPhone saying something about a damaged envelope from Royal Mail. I clicked on the notification and it opened my Monzo app but now don’t know where to get to the notification?

I clicked the notification, which then disappears … Monzo opened but now have no idea what was said in notification?

think its gone for good once its opened - annoyingly :slight_smile:

Have you checked to see if you have a message from support? Have you sent Monzo any mail recently?

How do I check for messages from Monzo?

Head over to the Help tab, scroll down and select Open Chats. :+1::mondo:

There are no ‘open chats’, do I need to ‘Chat with a real human’?
