There has been user research involved so our customers have helped make it better!
I really like the new look but am curious as to why one of the “suggested for you” topics listed for me is “I want to use Coin Jar” when I already do.
The new Help section is programmed to try and suggest the most helpful topics based on your recent activity. It’s a pretty hard challenge, so sometimes it will get it wrong, but generally it should be helpful most of the time!
I guess it is a living on going project and I’m sure the system will learn better over time.
