Need help I’m trying to open a monzo account,but the app keeps crashing or closing every time I select to take picture of id.
How can I contact monzo directly to fix this issue as the app continuely opens in the same place(take picture) stuck in a loop and there isn’t a contact monzo icon anywhere.

You could email help@monzo.com but you won’t be able to get to the chat without signing up.
What phone are you using? Have you tried deleting the app and starting again?
It may be your camera isn’t working properly or the permissions for camera/storage aren’t set properly.
I’d start with an uninstall-Monzo-app, device reboot, install-Monzo-app and have a look here for pointers (first section);
