Need help I’m trying to open a monzo account,but the app keeps crashing or closing every time I select to take picture of id.
How can I contact monzo directly to fix this issue as the app continuely opens in the same place(take picture) stuck in a loop and there isn’t a contact monzo icon anywhere.

You could email help@monzo.com but you won’t be able to get to the chat without signing up.
What phone are you using? Have you tried deleting the app and starting again?

It may be your camera isn’t working properly or the permissions for camera/storage aren’t set properly.
I’d start with an uninstall-Monzo-app, device reboot, install-Monzo-app and have a look here for pointers (first section);
There have been several reports of users being unable to run the app (before sign-up is complete) and also after sign-up/verification has been done. There are several common causes for these situations, detailed below:-
(Recent changes to the Monzo app suggest a check for VPN activity may be used when signing up for an account. Disable any VPN while applying just to be sure)
