Help! I'm about to give up on Monzo (support)

My Pixel play services matches the number on my Palma though. It didn’t have permissions to display on to of other apps… Could that be it? Let me try…

The fact that it’s there (and a fairly recent version) is good. What is displayed when you tap on the ‘Permission’ selection? (in the Google Play services app info)

That’s the obvious check done then.

I guess we’ll have to wait for Monzo to verify & unblock your account following your supply of the requested photo from another device.

thank you! Managed to finally access the chat on the new device! Was that easy! Shame Monzo couldn’t tell me that :roll_eyes:
It should work now… At least I did now what Monzo always wanted me to do.

Now, we either need Monzo to sort itself out so this doesn’t happen again… Or to recognise forum members who go above and beyond to do what support can’t.

Hey, also to note, does the Boox Palma even pass Play Protect/Safetynet? It isn’t play certified iirc.
