I’ve always directed people to https://monzo.com/help/ (though it now redirects to /faq/) as the numbers are on there in UK and Into formats.

That is why they have the 0800 in the first place.

I know phoneboxes are a dying relic, but 0800 numbers are considerably less stressful when you’re already fizzing with stress and anxiety because you’ve lost track of your valuables.
