Greggs and Pret chat 🄪

I think that parking offences have to be witnessed by an authorised person, so sending a photo to anyone would be pointless (I stand to be corrected if anyone knows different).

You can submit a photo or video and in theory a fine can be issued, some councils let you do this online.

My pet peeve are persons that park in the middle of two spaces at car parks. A close second are those that clean up their dogs :poop: and leave the filled black bag on the pavement.

In fact, based on where this topic is going, how come this other belter of a topic died in 2020?:

These types of people don’t deserve a licence.

Did Greggs raise their prices again? Paid £2.15 for coffee earlier, was sure it used to be £2.

:monzo: Perks looking more tempting now…

It was £1.60 two weeks ago.

It used to be free once a week with O2. Now £1 (though still free with octopus.)

Price rises confirmed

I hate the phrase ā€œamid angerā€. Like where is this anger? Looking outside I don’t see riots.

Prises rise. It’s business! Greggs aren’t a charity.

Cook your own sausage rolls if you’re that angry is what I say

Tbh, Gail’s is the new Greggs

Their sausage rolls are always cold though. There’s nothing worse than a cold sausage roll imo, even if it’s more ā€˜premium’.

Greggs isn’t supposed to be warm.unlessy it’s just come out the oven

I’ve never been to a Gail’s, but I do prefer Greggs sausage rolls when they are cold (unless it’s freezing outside and I want a warm up).

Maybe you’d like Gail’s then  if you want to pony up Ā£4+ for a sausage roll

My local Gail’s looks like a pretentious explosion in a crap bread factory. I’ve been in a couple of times and never seen anything worth ordering
