I think that parking offences have to be witnessed by an authorised person, so sending a photo to anyone would be pointless (I stand to be corrected if anyone knows different).
You can submit a photo or video and in theory a fine can be issued, some councils let you do this online.
My pet peeve are persons that park in the middle of two spaces at car parks. A close second are those that clean up their dogs 
and leave the filled black bag on the pavement.

Their sausage rolls are always cold though. Thereās nothing worse than a cold sausage roll imo, even if itās more āpremiumā.

Iāve never been to a Gailās, but I do prefer Greggs sausage rolls when they are cold (unless itās freezing outside and I want a warm up).
