Just wanted to say had two issues early where dealt with promplety and with fantastic customer service.

Absolutely agree. My main bank is First Direct who have many awards for their great customer service. FD do have great service however Monzo tip them because of the ease of communicating. Live chat from within the app. Problems solved without having to answer endless endless security questions. Who’d have thought it eh?!
I really can’t compare Monzo’s customer service to anyone else because anytime I’ve spoken to them they have went way above and beyond my expectations.
We’re all definitely onto a winner being customers of Monzo!!
