Someone took money from my business account around £600.
It went through Google active check.
I didn’t approved this and i didn’t even knew its happening. There ar multiple transactions but I do not have a subscription. It’s clearly a fraud and monzo is investigating. Am I gonna get the money back?
It often takes days especially over weekends (plus it’s xmas I imagine they are more short staffed than usual).
If the transaction was unauthorised and you weren’t negligent (e.g gave your phone to someone who made the transactions) you’ll get your money back, which is the vast majority of cases.
