On Wednesday I made a payment to ticketmaster for £25 with my Flex card

Yesterday I got paid early so decided to pay the payment early which went through fine and now shows as paid up but in the feed shows payment to ticket master as pending

This morning I have had a message in my feed to choose a plan which I did to pay in full. I now have duplicate transactions for the same amount from ticket master.one showing pending the other not.

Am I right in thinking that the pending payment will drop off and money returned to my account?

I’d have thought you’d needed to choose a plan first then pay down the plan.

Are you sure you paid the ticket and not something else? Ie funds allocated to another purchase if any?

If it doesn’t resolve in a few days just hit up Monzo via the help section.

I might have done that.Yer I’ve only made one payment to ticketmaster lately.

I think the problem is that I paid it off while it was still pending,when ticketmaster returned today for the funds Monzo see’s it as another transaction.Hopefully as you say the pending payment will drop off and my funds will return to my account.Thanks Carlo.
