Notifications seem to work well. Glad the 10 years research prior to implementation was useful. Are there notifications for DDs as I had one recently but didn’t receive a notification? If yes, are they on the date of the direct debit or the day before?

I get them for DDs as they get debited, usually early hours of the morning.

They certainly took their time. But given this and the new login are blatantly skins of HSBC implantations must be tough when your development resource consistently gets stolen by the parent brand.
How do you get these to work on iOS?
Latest update, notifications turned on in the settings in my iPhone but they don’t appear
There’s no option for them now.
Might be able to see in the iPhone settings to make sure they’re on there, I know with a fresh install it asks.
Could also be phased rollout.

Yeah it’s strange, I don’t have the menu item to manage them, but I am still receiving them.
Are folks still getting push notifications?
I had a little bit of time on a commute today so called to ask why I still don’t have them. First person I spoke to denied it was ever a feature then after being transferred to the correct team I was told “our engineering teams have identified an issue with the new push notification system and the feature is now disabled. Unfortunately, they are taking all the time they need to fix it and there is no timescale for re-enabling it”.
My notifications never worked from the beginning. Couldn’t even enable them.
I don’t use it very much but they work fine for me. Notified me when I got paid the switch bonus yesterday.

Do you think deleting and re-downloading the app would force notifications to be enabled? I’m not super fussed about having them but it would be a nice to have.
Don’t forget to deactivate digital key if you do, unless you’ve had opportunity to set up a digital pin instead then it’s simple enough
I can barely remember the multiple passwords needed for FD. I think I’ll just be patient and wait

Received two today. One was for a purchase and it came through quickly. The other was a DD and it was waiting for me when I awoke.
