Fintech Global Talent Shortage?

More like a global quality assurance shortage. I’ve noticed more glitches in some of my financial apps/services of late… the culprits mentioned here will remain anonymous.

(This one is currently unexplained, other than almost every single function within the app throws up an “Oops, something went wrong” error message - including repayments and access to support. 3 weeks on and they’re still investigating.)
