Got my Fana invite on Wednesday. Went to spam, good sign already.

No app just a webpage being referred to as an “app”. At least have the courtesy of putting a web app into the App Store…

£5 per month “subscription” that you pay with a different card via CPA (eg from an Amex or even Monzo card), plus £3 for a physical card in January.

Feels like a rushed pre-alpha product. I predict they have about 6 months before they have to shut the whole thing down.

Really encouraging that their guide doesn’t say “Read the T&Cs” but just “Click continue”

I got an early invite as well I didn’t go for it either because at the end of the day, it’s just a nice decorated card to me which I don’t really use cards anyway, so it would be really pointless

I do like a card for the collection but this feel too amateur and dodgy for me. Maybe once the cards have actually launched I’ll sign up for one month? I’ll see.

You are assuming that they’ll make it as far as issuing physical cards. Not sure that they will.

Also, paying £5 a month to put your money into what is essentially a round up spending account (which then goes to Charity, which is nice)

Just got an email saying I can now sign up.

Don’t like how I can’t use my driving license for ID Says I need to use my passport so I might give it a miss.

Do we know if they now send physical cards? I had my invite for over a month just sitting there. CBA to pay them £5 a month for nothing.

I thought this was going to be an update that they’de been sued out of existence or something. I haven’t had the email (yet) but I really CBA with doing it just for the card anymore either.

I like the look of the cards very unique however I’m not paying £5 a month for a unique card

I don’t mind paying for the card, maybe if it was a one time fee for the card
