“Failed to fetch tab” error

Issue: Getting a “failed to fetch tab” error when opening shared tab. Have tried restarting phone and app but no luck.

Details to reproduce: Opened shared tab.
OS: iOS
Device: iPhone 11
App Version: 4.23.0
