I booked a Bolt taxi on Monday night and the exchange rate was off by a decimal place.
£1 should be around 400 HUF not 4000 HUF.

I tried to raise the issue on the app but after talking to 2 different people and being passed to a 3rd I thought it would be easier to raise here.
I don’t think the contact centre really understood that there was an issue.

I thought HUF was Hungarian Forints and that Estonia used the Euro? Bit odd this!

Potentially OP is using Bolt, registered in Estonia, in Budapest or Debrecen, but that was a rather glaring detail left out!

, it is just a visual issue (showing the exchange rate adjustment rather than the full transaction amount). I think it’s also a transient bug and if the app were to reload the feed history again it would go away, but we’re still investigating it
