Error when confirm address in expired card process

Issue:
My card will be expiring soon and when I click on the link to order a new one to confirm my message, it fails when I introduce my pin with the following message:
“Something went wrong, please try again in a few minutes”
I’ve tried this for several days already

Details to reproduce:

  • Click on link of “your card’s expiring soon”
  • shows my current address and click next button
  • shows the card style, i click continue on hot coral style
  • shows all the details, click in confirm order
  • ask for pin and I introduce it
  • Error message is displayed

Pixel a4

App Version:
5.83.0

Delete app.

Restart device.

Reinstall app.

Usually fixes a lot of issues.

This has also been happening this week on iOS. My wife ended up contacting support and they confirmed the address and dispatched the replacement card.

Thanks, I will try to contact support about it. I couldn’t find the chat but now I saw it.
