Error Code 495! When Installing the App

My A/C has disappeared from my phone and will not reinstall - getting Error Code 495 - any solutions ??

I’m sorry to hear that, could you let us know which phone & version of the operating system you have?

Edit - I’ve just Googled this & found this guide, which might help?

Assuming Android.

To fix the error 495 in your device, just try these steps:

:black_small_square:Go to Settings>> Application Manager or Apps>> Open “All” apps

:black_small_square:From the list of apps find Google Play store >>Clear Data and Clear Cache

:black_small_square:From the list of apps find Google Service Framework >> Clear Data and Clear Cache

:black_small_square:Now install or update Monzo app from Google Play Store

Thankyou took about two hours and not sure how I eventually got there, but tried all the various suggestions !!!
