Energy switch Octopus


I switched my electricity provider to Octopus via Monzo. I was promised that I was going to get £40 credit. However, I have not received it yet although I switched more than a month ago.

Any idea why I have not received it?


Best asking Monzo via the chat option (if you can find it as they have hidden/removed it) or ask Octopus as we are just customers and can not see your account etc.

I experienced the same problem, contacted Octopus who sorted things very quickly.

Octopus have great customer service. Drop them a message and they’ll sort it.
