Stick to private use and be considerate for the safety of others until they’re fully accessed. It only takes a momentary lapse of concentration or an unforeseen circumstance and you’ll seriously hurt yourself or some innocent person/child.

Electric cars are silent although yeah not on the pavement 
They will be a pain to legislate and make safe though, I don’t think they should be allowed on pavements, but not the road either, lets face it, if you tango with a car when you’re on one of them, you’e f*****, and whether we like it or not, the majority of brits that will probably ride them are idiots
