Kinda depends… If it wasn’t the UK or wasn’t a public road then no problem… otherwise there’s driving a scooter on a public road and having two people on one (not sure if the second is an offence but you can be pulled for it on a bike so presume scooters are similar). Wierd that someone like mercedes would post it if the latter was true though.
