Have you searched your phone? It sounds like you’ve already downloaded it…
If not, and if you’re on an Android device, clear the storage and cache of the Google Play Store and try again.

What is the exact message you are getting, maybe a screenshot?
It definitely sounds like you’ve downloaded the app already, but if searching your phone doesn’t bring up any results, I guess you might have a problem.
Have you restarted your phone?
If that doesn’t work, come back and let us know what phone and OS version you have. Someone might be able to help, if you supply enough information.
If you are downloading from the play store on a web browser, make sure the correct device is selected to install it on.
