If you’re able to log in to the app, go to the help section and type complaint in. This will give you all the options for making complaints.
I doubt anyone on the forum will be able to help further though as you need to address your issue (whatever that might be) with them directly.

great idea until it goes wrong and then running a business with out people is shown up for what it is
Chat is a bit slow at present it may be a day or so till you get a response.
The email address for complaints is slightly different which is why I suggested looking at the help section.
it’s complaints@monzo.com, but also gives the phone numbers and in app chat options too
