Direct debits - where are they?

Hi guys!

I feel that this is a bit of a stupid question so bear with me :face_with_raised_eyebrow:
I’m going to fully switch to monzo in January and I was wondering where I’ll be able to see my full list of DDs once they all move house to monzo :blush:. Will they appear in the ‘scheduled payments’ section?
Just wanted to clarify because when I go into that section it mentions bills, subscriptions and SOs but not DDs.

Yes.

All the Direct Debits and on going subscriptions from your debit card will appear in schedule payments

Yes, they’ll appear under scheduled payments.
Once they submit the amount to Monzo, you’ll also see the expected value too.

To add, you’ll also see upcoming Direct Debits in the feed, including when a Direct Debit has been setup.

Just switch important direct debits manually.
Some companies may fail

Will they? This is news to me. I thought the Current Account Switching Service guarantees against this and redirects them automatically.

I believe that’s true.

The guarantee is the reason Monzo support full account switches but don’t support the (non-guaranteed) partial ones.

IIRC, if you used the full account switch (CASS) the transfers are guaranteed and any fees you receive can be claimed back. If you just transfer them manually, they’re not guaranteed.
