I’ve just spotted an issue with the Direct Debits (on Android)…
The names on the Transactions do not match the Direct Debit names, which means you can’t guarantee which DD is linked to which transaction.
Example:
One DD I have has the name “LIVERPOOL VICTORIA INS CO LTD”
(And that’s all the information I have about this DD, through the Monzo app. No account number, etc. )
Transactions for this DD appear as:
“LVIC BUDGET ACC”, with my account number in the reference field.
So I have to either already know or guess which DDs are related to which transactions.
I’m assuming this will be resolved when we have more interactivity in the app, but I thought it would be worth making sure this issue is known about, so it can be resolved sooner rather than later.
