Default PRA Group

Hi.

A few months ago my defaulted Barclaycard account was sold onto PRA Group.

Now, it’s my understanding that the account can only be defaulted once - which would be at Barclaycard. However, PRA Group have defaulted it once again today - meaning one account/debt has been defaulted on my file twice.

Which specific regulation does this breach & what are my rights as a consumer to getting this fixed/removed?
