Debit Card Dispute Timeframe Unacceptable

I have been trying to figure out why it has been over a week ago I created a dispute that has had no work since. No one in chat seems to be able to help. I am locked out of my debit card for a week now with no answer or any timeframes.

At this point next time or my suggestion just cancel and request a new card because this kind of a dispute time can’t happen.

I’m kind of surprised they can’t even let you create a virtual card to use on Apple Pay or online in the meantime, but even aside from that, no answers in a week is just plain unacceptable.
