Credit insights - mortgages

Hi

I have three mortgages in Monzo but only two are showing in credit insights. Any idea why?

If I remember correctly, Monzo shows you the score from TransUnion and Equifax, but only shows you the items listed on your TransUnion report. If the 3rd mortgage doesn’t report to TransUnion, then it won’t show on your report.

Thanks for reply.

I have two with NatWest and one with Santander and credit insights is showing one NatWest and one Santander.

I’d have thought both NatWest would be reported if one is.

I have raised with Monzo and waiting their feedback.
