I used my Monzo Flex credit card to make a payment, say 100gbp (this is not the initial hold amount, this is the settled amount).
Ten days later, the payment was partly refunded, say 70gbp got refunded.
I now have two problems:
(1) When I go to Home, select my regular account, then press Activity → “See all”, then search for the name of the merchant of that payment, I get shown the original 100gbp payment (of type “paid with flex”) as well as a “early payment towards flex” entry for actual settlement of my credit card account for the 30gbp credit left after the refund, and the top of the phone displays “Total spent: 130gbp”, which is clearly nonsensical. There doesn’t seem to be a way to find out the actual total net spent, which is only the 30gbp. This seems to be a general problem even without the refund situation: Entrys here double count credit card payments, because both the amounts from the original credit card payments are displayed as well as the payments towards the credit card.
(2) When I go to Home, select my Flex credit card, then press Activity → “See all” → “Paid off”, I see a single entry for 100gbp in the list. Only after clicking on it do I see within the resulting page somewhere in the middle that the actual amount paid off was 30gbp. In my opinion, there should either be only one entry, for 30gbp, or there should be a -100gbo entry and a +70gbp entry.
