Converting incoming foreign currencies

Hi,

Does Monzo convert incoming foreign currencies to £? I work freelance and I’m sometimes paid in dollars. If so, is there a standard fee for incoming conversions?

I see that you can pay abroad in different currencies using your card but I couldn’t find a clear answer on how it works being paid into your Monzo account.

Monzo doesn’t accept foreign currency* :slight_smile:

*They recommend that you use Wise (formally TransferWise) or similar. Me personally, I opened a starling account so that I could accept CAD and then I transfer it to my Monzo.
