Cheque issues/delay

Hello,

I recently sent two cheques which were confirmed as received. I was told that the money would be in my account today but it is not, Will it be in their soon?

I think given the current situation we have to have some consideration that things may be a little delayed. I’m sure it will be deposited as soon as they can :slight_smile:

Have you had a notification from us that we’ve got the cheque and that it should be applied to your account today? If so, this should hit your account around midday today, but if it doesn’t, pop us a message through the in-app chat and we can take a closer look :blush:

Both received - had assumed they would be in by the start of the business day, not sure why!
