I suggested for this to be marked as done (it was improved after the thread was created, and I think further improvement suggestions need more specific idea threads) but the thread just got locked instead of marked as done!

There was discussion about whether Flex was a credit card in the traditional sense (and I think there was a time when Monzo didn’t really refer to it as a credit card). But given they now firmly market it as a credit card, I think it should now be marked as done.

Quite the opposite it seems, just lots of bank transfers to charities from the looks of it? Which of course is a good thing!

I’m sure we’ll see lots of usage soon. All those cheques that have been piling up and gathering dust in peoples drawers can now finally be cashed, plus all those people that said they’re leaving will soon come back to Monzo too :wink:

We just need a cheque book next, then we can start writing them as well :upside_down_face:

Don’t know why they couldn’t just refund to the same account my DD came out of…

Sending a cheque for £2.40 must generate similar costs. Admin, postage, blah, and stuff.

I’ve got a cheque for £0.01 somewhere from Tesco bank after closing an account. I’ll try to find it.
