There are two levels of verification for the prepaid cards - ‘Verified’ & ‘Enhanced’. To check which level you’re at, go to Card > Profile > Limits.
If you are not at ‘Enhanced’ check the criteria in the below post & if you meet it, contact the support team via the in-app chat, to request an increase of your limits.
