Chargeback - travel agent

Hi,

I raised a dispute for a charge back on flight that were cancelled without me knowing, Till i called the merchant a week before the flight confirming.

Monzo have told me that it has been rejected by the merchant but is challenging, what is the likely hood of it winning.

The merchant is also due to refund me the cost of the seats but are yet to do so. I have trouble getting the merchant on the phone.

Other than this, without knowing all the circumstances we can’t say what your chances are. Even then it would just be a guess.

Just make sure you’ve provided all the evidence you can to prove what you’re saying.
