Change the location associated with my email address

Hi there, I first heard about Monzo when I was living in Germany. At the time you weren’t active there so when I tried to download the app- I was told I would have to wait. I’ve now returned to england but when I was sent a golden ticket it wouldn’t work cause my email address is still connected with Germany.

How can I change this?

Two possibilities spring to mind

  1. Send an email to help@monzo.com
  2. Get a temporary email address to use with Monzo

If you’re having problems signing up with the email address you wish to use I’d advise emailing help@monzo.com and they should be able to resolve this for you :slight_smile:
