Change of address whilst abroad. FIXED ! Thanks Monzo

Hi guys,

I have a problem.

I am now travelling round Asia for at least 6 months and forgot to change my home address before I set off 2 months ago.

I am now unable to do so, which I assume is due to being in a foreign country.

How can I solve this, as I certainly can’t upgrade to the full account, if my new card is going to go to an address,I no longer live at.

P.S. No, I’m NOT wanting to change my address to a foreign address. I want to update it to my new UK address.

Not bad to get it fixed by a bank at 6am. Out of interest how did this get fixed? :astonished:
