Change country before registration?

I’m currently in the queue.

I think I made a mistake by putting South Africa in answer to the question country. I should have selected United Kingdom.

When I get to the top of the queue, is my application going to be rejected automatically? Or can you change it for me?

Drop help@monzo.com an email with the email address you used to sign up and what you think happened. They will be able to check and fix it. :slight_smile:

I don’t believe you would be rejected but you’d be held in the queue until Monzo came to the country you selected (and the app should tell you this).

I signed up with monzo and I used my South African address but I’m in london and now it says I’m first in the que for a South African monzo card but South Africa does not have monzo…how do I change my address to the United Kingdom so I can get a monzo card here???
