Change card delivery address

I need to order a new card for my joint account however when selecting that in the app it says it will deliver to my old address - I moved a year ago.

The address in my profile and personal account(s) are fine but there seems to be jonoprion to update the joint account address for either of us, or to change the address for the card to be delivered to.

Help?!

Help > Search “Update address” > One of the quick links should be “Change home address”

If this doesn’t work, search “Contacting support”, select the quick link then “Tap here to get started” to go into a chat with a Monzo representative who will be able to help and get it updated for you.

Thanks - turns out the app is slightly misleading. Where it says it’ll be delivered to old address, when you click on ‘Order new card’ it actually then let’s you change the address.
