**Error message: Category is either not found or archived **
I’m in trends and I am trying to assign a custom category to a transaction. Error message appears, category is not archived. For info I have recently changed my email address. I have ‘perks’ IOS iOS 17.5.1 (21F90) IPHONE 15 PLUS: 5.82.0
It is a joint account and one of the benefit of perks is that you can use your custom categories and virtual cards on your joint account. So it should work.
