Looks like the cashback doesn’t track through the LNER Android app using Google Pay on the virtual flex card. I’ve submitted a missing cashback request. It says online only, surely app is online and should mention that it’s exempt if not.
Also for a Scotrail service and don’t know if there’s a restriction in that it must in an LNER service in the journey. No mention of that restriction, more a minimum amount.
Also not working for eBay when using Google Pay from main personal account card. I raised a missing cashback ticket and the response was that the transaction wasn’t made online.
I should have visited the eBay shop on the high street
I did myself first time and they said it wasn’t online, tried to talk to someone in chat to get it reported as a bug but the agent had no clue, i’ll call tomorrow though
It could be but they gave the impression things would still be pretty instant for those of us that had been in the trial. Hopefully we’ll find out on Monday
