I think you should only get the Cashback when your order is confirmed and they charge you. The others I think are just authorisations.

The new LNER offer is only for online and specifically excludes season tickets. Does allow for other operator tickets? Could prove useful in that way.

Looks like the aggregator offers exclude season tickets like elsewhere.

Thanks for checking the new offer. It’s a shame, but I thought it would probably end up being the case. If only Monzo had continued with their own offers - some of them actually seemed quite good. The aggregator ones can be got from Barclays, NatWest, RBS, Virgin Money etc. already so not as special

ebay cashback doesn’t seem to work, asked for missing cashback but says the purchase was not made online, is it a bug? the transaction says online transaction

How can an eBay purchase not be made online? 
Question is, did you pay via eBay direct, or via PayPal? Cos PayPal wouldn’t count.

I paid ebay direct, added my card right into ebay as always, i sent monzo a chat message, pretty sure thats a bug

It can take up to 3-4 days if you’re not on the old cashback trial.

Pretty sure Monzo said that the cashback notification should be instant, but cash back can take a few days if you are not one of the chosen ones…

This is my understanding too.
You get a notification, and you see the cashback as upcoming.

Yup I was part of the cashback trial too, no notification either, i clicked missing cashback and they got back to me and said this transaction was not an online transaction so not eligable for cashback, it certainly was online so I can only assume it was a bug since all my other cashbacks online has worked such as H&M and others too. Thanks though everyone!
Did you ask them to explain how one can buy in-person on eBay?

“a few weeks” is too ambiguous, what they’re saying is that you’ll get it when it’s ready.
The whole point of gradual rollouts is to address issues as and when they happen to avoid it being widespread. So it could be even longer. It depends what they learn.
Went for a swim in the Thames wearing concrete slippers probably.
