Hi, my physical card works fine, but Monzo have blocked its use on Apple Pay- I can’t remove the card and start again, or add as it tell me issuer has blocked the card.
Any ideas?
Is it your old card showing?
No, the new card has been added- But I’m unable to use it- it reads ‘ issues has suspended use of this card-
Message monzo from the help section and ask them to remove the Apple Pay token fully, then you should be able to remove the card and add it again.
Could also be other issues, is your card frozen in app?
